How Zero Dollar Listings Works
For homeowners selling their home and purchasing a new home
- We provide full-service transaction representation from our first meeting through the sale of your home;
- When the sale of your current home closes, we collect a $2,500 listing service charge;
- When you purchase a new home, your $2,500 is refunded to you, making the sale of your home a
Zero Dollar Listing;
- You have up to 2-years to purchase a new home and receive your $2,500 refund;
- The $2,500 service charge is waived if your new home is scheduled to close immediately after the
sale of your current home;
- The homeowner is responsible for buyer agent commissions and any closing costs associated
with selling their home.
For homeowners only selling their home
- We provide full-service transaction representation for a $2,500 service charge, payable at closing;
- The homeowner is responsible for buyer agent commissions and any closing costs associated
with selling their home.
